Who is responsible

What we use and why

The inquiry form collects your email address, an optional message, and the page from which you submit it. We use these details to understand your request, reply, and discuss a possible engagement. Your email is needed for a reply; you do not need to provide a message or use the form.

When you ask about services for yourself, we process the inquiry to take steps at your request before a contract. For business representatives and other correspondence, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to relevant business inquiries. We do not add you to a marketing list from this form.

The contact service also uses a temporary, salted hash of a network address to limit repeated submissions. Entries expire after 15 minutes. This serves our legitimate interest in preventing abuse. The application does not save inquiry bodies in a database or log their contents.

Who receives an inquiry

Form submissions are sent through the Telegram Bot API to the group used by our team for inquiries. Telegram processes cloud messages under its privacy policy. These are cloud messages, not end-to-end encrypted secret chats. Email correspondence is handled through our business email service.

Telegram’s policy describes its storage arrangements and international sharing within its group. We do not represent this channel as EU-only processing. You can contact us by email instead and request information about the providers and transfer arrangements applicable to your inquiry.

Please do not submit passwords, sensitive personal information, or confidential client records. We can agree a suitable way to exchange project materials after the initial conversation.

How long we keep it

We retain inquiry correspondence while responding and while a related business discussion remains active. We remove it when it is no longer needed for that purpose, unless a legal obligation or a specific need to establish, exercise, or defend a legal claim requires retention. Records for an agreed engagement are handled separately from an initial inquiry.

Cookies, analytics, and external links

This site does not currently set advertising or analytics cookies, use embedded calendars, or load an analytics tracker. Following a link to another service takes you to that service’s own privacy terms. Network requests necessarily expose connection information to the infrastructure serving the website.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction, or portability of your personal data. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email us to exercise these rights; we may need to verify your identity. We do not make decisions about you through automated profiling.

You may also complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ) or your competent supervisory authority.
